- Orders have a shipping period of 2-3 months.
- Non-prescription glasses are eligible for returns within 30 days of receipt. As prescription glasses are custom-crafted, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase.
- Product Condition: Returns are accepted only if the product is in “like new” condition, meaning that it must be in the same condition as when you received it, without any visible signs of use. Products with scratches or noticeable wear will not be accepted.
