Quick notice: Visits & collections are by appointment (Mon–Fri). Please call or WhatsApp us before visiting to confirm someone is on site and to book a pickup or demo slot. Online orders ship as normal.

Local Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on all orders above R1000 within South Africa.

  • Dispatch timing: We typically ship as soon as payment clears and stock is on hand.

  • If an item is awaiting stock, we’ll call (and follow up by email) to confirm you’re happy to wait. If not, we’re happy to refund immediately.

If payment reflects and stock is available:

Examples

  • Place your order before 14:00 on Tuesday and you live in the Johannesburg area, you will get your delivery on Wednesday.
  • Place your order on Saturday and you live in the Johannesburg area, you will get your delivery on Monday.
  • Place your order after 14:00 on Tuesday and you live outside the Johannesburg area, you will get your delivery on Friday.

Click & Collect (By Appointment)

Prefer to collect? No problem.

  1. Place your order online and choose Pick up at checkout (or contact us if you’ve already ordered).

  2. Our sales manager will give you a call to book a pick-up time before driving through. Weekdays only.

  3. Bring order confirmation and ID for pickup.

Walk‑ins without an appointment may find the studio closed if the team is out on demos.

International Shipping

We don’t usually ship internationally as most orders are for the South African market. If you’d like us to arrange it, please email info@180by2.co.za and we’ll source a quote (rates and options vary).

International customs and duty charges

Customs and duty charges are for the buyer’s account. These are determined by your country’s authorities, not by 180by2.
