Your choices

  1. Ask 180by2 to erase data we control. We can erase or anonymise your store‑level personal data and notify installed apps.
  2. Ask Shopify to erase data it controls. You can also submit a request via the Shopify Privacy Portal for platform‑level data.

Include: full name, checkout email, order number(s), country/region, and that you want us to delete/erase your personal data.

Identity verification

We verify requests to protect your privacy. We may ask for additional proof if needed.

What we erase or anonymise

  • Contact info (name, email, phone, addresses)
  • Customer profile and saved addresses
  • Store‑side notes or tags that identify you
  • Marketing preferences and email subscriptions

What we may retain

Records required by law (e.g., transaction/tax records) or data needed for fraud prevention. Where retention is required, we minimise and restrict use.

Apps & integrations

We pass erasure requests to installed apps via Shopify. Where an app acts as its own controller, we’ll share how to contact them.

Timing

We target completion within 30 days of verifying your request. If you placed an order within the last 180 days, Shopify may delay full erasure until permitted.
