• After saltwater use: remove the camera and soak the case in fresh water for 5–10 minutes, then rinse gently under a faucet. Avoid high‑pressure, one‑direction flows that could force water past seals.

• Ensure no sand or grit is on the case before drying (to prevent scratches).

• Dry with a soft, dry cloth; do not apply heat.

• Do not clean with soap, natural detergents, alcohol products or organic solvents—these may degrade waterproofing.
