Update the Ace Pro to the latest firmware before use.

Before each session, latch the empty case and immerse it in water to check for leaks.

Before sealing, ensure all rubber-seal contact areas are clean and free of dust, sand or debris. Confirm the seal is correctly aligned and undamaged.

The Dive Case is not shock-resistant. Strong vibrations, shocks or pressure may damage the case or reduce waterproofing. Max recommended dive height is 2m (6.56ft) when entering water. Protects against drops up to 1m (3.28ft) on solid surfaces.

Do not open the case while it is wet.

After seawater use: remove the camera, ensure the case is firmly closed, soak in fresh water for 5–10 minutes, then rinse gently under a tap.

Do not store in hot, humid environments (e.g., a hot car).

Do not clean with soap, neutral detergents, organic solvents or alcohol cleaners, as these can affect waterproofing.
