Flexible Adhesive Mount: Clean the surface (clean, dry, smooth), press and hold 30 s, then wait 24 h before riding. If the base detaches, do not reuse. If the 3‑prong adapter shows wear, fit an anti‑slip ring. Do not use with any selfie sticks.

Clamp usage: For round tubes only within the stated diameter; don’t attach to irregular shapes. On smooth metal tubes, use the included wrench to tighten.

Selfie stick (clamp only): Use official Insta360 Action Invisible Selfie Stick via the 1/4″ screw only, extended to ≤100 cm. Do not stack other adapters between the clamp and stick.

Speed guidance (camera mounted directly on clamp): Max 80 km/h on smooth roads; 40 km/h off‑road. Use the selfie stick only on smooth roads and ensure the clamp is wrench‑tight.

Vibration caution: When fixing the selfie stick with a zip tie, ensure no other contact points with the bike to avoid vibration damage.
