Use only official Insta360 batteries. Third-party batteries can damage the camera and void warranty.
Allow the battery to cool to room temperature before charging. Charging above 40 °C (104 °F) may cause swelling, leakage, or damage.
Keep away from liquids; never immerse. If wet, dry completely before reuse.
Storage: avoid extreme temperatures. Recommended: −10 °C to 35 °C (14 °F to 95 °F), ≤75% RH, up to 3 months.
Don’t store fully drained. Top up and cycle the battery about every 3 months to maintain performance.
